That's the heart of Affcloud. Our most important department. This is where we interact with our customers every day and try to solve their problems.

Supports and resolves crisis situations. Acts as an internal helpdesk and is responsible for the smooth running of systems (CRM). Supports us daily in planning and organizing the work of consultants.

Training is an important part of Affcloud's business. This is where we ensure quality and continuously help improve the sales skills of our consultants. Call centres can rely on our support in every situation. The quality and training department provides solutions, suggests the best sales techniques and takes care of our results.

Every Affcloud employee's adventure begins with an encounter with this department. HR is primarily responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees. It is also responsible for workplace well-being and oversees the career growth and skill development of our employees.

I came here with no experience and it was very stressful.
As it turned out, quite unnecessarily. I got the whole package of training, mentoring from the trainers and support from the team. Now, six months later, I feel like a fish out of water here. I also like the benefits I get in this job. So I'm happy, really happy.
I am no longer in my early teens and I work with such young people as a call center consultant.
Meanwhile, there is diversity in our team. Young people bring a breath of fresh air and older people bring life experience. We get along great and there are no generational differences. And the work is rewarding.
At this point, I especially appreciate the ability to work remotely.
I'm a mother of two and it's much easier for me to juggle work and home responsibilities when I can work from home. That's very important to me.
We needed a change from the rigid corporate world to something more human.
That's exactly what I found here. No one is pressuring you because even the bosses know that life is more than work. The relaxed attitude makes work not a duty but a pleasure. It makes you want more and care more. For me, that's a plus!
When I moved to Warsaw, I didn't know what to do.
A friend sent me the link to the ad. Since I was already at the recruiting level, I liked it and really wanted to get in. It worked out and I've been one of the Affcloud team for a year now.
My first year I worked as a consultant in a call centre.
The leader saw our progress and we often heard praise from him. This was very good because it gave me wings. After a year I was promoted and now I am the leader of one of the teams myself. It's great that everyone here has the opportunity to develop and progress. But it's important - there's no hierarchy, we're all 'you' because we're one team.

When you come from another country, it's not easy to make new friends. And in this job, I'm not only well paid, but I'm also keeping in touch with people and making new friends. Good team and nice bosses - I like that!

Of course. Training new employees is essential for us. We want to support you, show you how to do well in sales and give you valuable advice right from the start. When you join our team, we guarantee you initial training (onboarding).
